What is a short term rental?

A short term rental is an accommodation intended for corporate stays or the travelling public having a stay less than 28 days. Typically these properties are advertised through Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO. This type of accommodation is more labour intensive but has many advantageous including being exempt from the Landlord and Tennant Board.

What is a long term rental?

A long term rental is an accommodation intended for corporate stays or the travelling public having a stay more than 28 days. Typically these properties are advertised through Kijiji and Facebook.

From previous experience, The Pizycki Team has managed well over 125 properties including properties internationally as well as 26 units in Northern Canada.

Please note, The Pizycki Team is happy to help you set up your rental but the intention would be teach you how to manage your own rental or refer you to one of our property management channel partners.
