About: Mike Pizycki

I'm Mike Pizycki. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my team! Born and raised in St Catharines, I have acquired an in-depth knowledge of the Niagara Region. From a young age, I was a classic achiever, focused on personal goals and success. A natural entrepreneur, whether it be a paper-route, selling chocolate bars, charity carwash or raising funds for entrepreneurial groups.

Graduating from Niagara College with a Diploma in Business Administration - Operations Management and holding Vice Presidential Position with Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship. (ACE) Mike Pizycki also, played volleyball and let his team to "First Place" and won the "League Most Valuable Player" award.

With further thirst for academia, he graduated from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay. His Honors Degree in Commerce with specialization in General Management provided a well rounded advanced education in business. As a member of The Lakehead University Thunderwolves Mens Volleyball Team he gained his military style routine and work ethic.

During his time at Lakehead University he became a business consultant operating "Metric Business Solutions" which led his client to earning government funding and recognition.

Upon graduation, he joined worked as a "Senior Sales Representative" for a large industrial gas company. During his 10+ years tenure he managed accounts from Windsor to The GTA to Niagara. He won the award of "Tropical Trip Winning Sales Rep" for being a top performer from over 120 sales reps across Canada.

Mike Pizycki then worked as a Senior Manager for one of the largest property management companies in Ontario. With a team effort, Mike Pizycki was able to double the size of sales in two short years. Mike Pizycki quit to pursue entrepreneurial endeavours.

In 10 short years, Mike Pizycki has been able to purchase and hold over 40 units providing him monthly cashflow. He is also affiliated and has done joint projects with one of the largest local companies doing a renovation every 30 days for the past three years. (Estimated renovation cost is $7M)

As Mike Pizycki has now reached scale, he is known for teaching current investors on how to achieve work/life balance using systems that improve productivity and client experience.
